4. Do you ship outside the United States?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

5. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free on all orders within the United States.

6. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Mon-Fri)
  • Transit Time: 5–7 business days (Mon-Fri)
  • Estimated Delivery: 6–10 business days total
  • Order Cut off time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST are processed the next business day.

7. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

8. What if my package is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping?

Friksa remains responsible for your order until it is successfully delivered. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@friksa.store

 and we will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

9. What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.

10. Do you charge a restocking fee for returns?

No, Friksa does not charge any restocking fees.

11. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 8 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
