All payments must be fully authorized at checkout. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you are the rightful owner or authorized user of the chosen payment method.

2. Payment Authorization

If your payment is declined, you will be notified by email and can retry using an accepted method.

Payment authorization is required before an order is confirmed.

Orders will be processed and shipped only after successful payment authorization.

All transactions on Friksa are processed in USD (United States Dollar).

Product prices displayed include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

5. Order Modification and Cancellation

Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this time, the order may already be in processing and changes may not be possible.

6. Failed Transactions

If a transaction does not go through, please double-check your payment details and available balance before retrying.

If problems persist, contact your bank or card provider.

Orders are not processed until payment is successful. If funds were charged during a failed transaction, please contact support@friksa.store for assistance.

7. Refunds

Refunds for canceled orders or approved returns are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are processed within 8 business days of approval.

If the refund does not appear after this timeframe, please reach out to us at support@friksa.store.

Friksa may cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized use, or policy violations.

In such cases, customers will be notified, and if payment has already been taken, a refund will be issued promptly.

All listed prices include applicable state and local sales taxes for U.S. customers.

We do not charge hidden fees. The total shown at checkout is the final amount you will pay.

10. Chargebacks & Disputes

 before initiating a chargeback.

11. Subscriptions & Recurring Payments

Friksa does not offer subscription services or recurring billing.

All purchases made through friksa.store are one-time payments only.
