At Friksa, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review the following return and refund guidelines before making a request:

Return Eligibility

  • Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
  • To qualify, items must be:
  • Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Returns outside the 14-day window will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Friksa does not offer direct product exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Return Window

The return request must be initiated within 14 days of order delivery.

Returns requested after this period will not be eligible.

Return Method

 with your order number and reason for return.

Our support team will provide step-by-step instructions and a return authorization (if applicable).

Customers are responsible for arranging shipment back to us using a reliable carrier.

Return Shipping Cost

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Friksa will cover the return shipping cost.

Other returns (change of mind, color, size, or personal preference): Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Paid shipping upgrades (such as expedited or express shipping) are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item is safely returned.

Currency

All refunds are processed in USD (United States Dollar) and returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

Return Label Responsibility

Customers are responsible for purchasing and attaching the return shipping label.

Friksa does not provide prepaid return labels unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 8 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Friksa will take full responsibility and provide a free replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Photos or proof of damage may be required to speed up the resolution process.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing period:

First, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@friksa.store and we will be happy to assist.

Restocking Fee

No restocking fee applies to returns. You will receive the full refund amount (minus any applicable return shipping costs, if customer-initiated).
