1. Order Handling Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays are processed on the following business day.

2. Transit Time

Once dispatched, orders usually take 5–7 business days to arrive, depending on your delivery location within the United States.

Transit time may vary due to carrier performance and external factors.

3. Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total delivery window includes both processing and transit:

Handling Time: 1–3 business days

Transit Time: 5–7 business days

Customers can generally expect delivery within 6–10 business days from the date of order placement.

4. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (EST) are processed the same business day.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

5. Shipping Coverage

Friksa currently ships within the United States only.

International shipping is not available at this time.

All orders ship free of charge within the United States.

6. Shipping Costs

No hidden fees or handling costs apply the price you see at checkout is the final amount you will pay.

7. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to follow your shipment on the carrier’s website.

8. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Friksa is not liable for delivery delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may need to cover reshipping costs.

9. Address Verification

To protect against fraud, Friksa may verify shipping addresses before dispatching orders.

Orders with unverifiable addresses may be placed on hold until confirmation is received from the customer.

10. Address Changes

After this timeframe, address changes may not be possible if the order has already entered processing or shipping.

11. Product Condition & Responsibility

All products are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment to ensure they leave our facility in excellent condition.

Friksa remains fully responsible for the safe delivery of your order, even after it has been handed over to the carrier.

If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Customers are encouraged to check their package upon delivery and report any visible issues within 48 hours of receipt.

12. Shipping Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver on time, certain circumstances may cause unavoidable delays, including but not limited to:

Severe weather conditions

Carrier or logistics disruptions

Public holidays or peak-season surges
